When I was in Bachelor degree, I research about microbial renin enzyme, using Mucor miehei..emm, when I looking for this microbial, that very difficult to found the picture of the colony of that microbe.. so here I wanna to share what I get in my research..
this Mucor miehei growth on rice bran and added by cane molasses for mineral, "jam" is meanning "hours" in Indonesia language, sorry..I have not been translated into english..
